If you are looking for something which has a unique and individual feel Doff Pollard Stained Glass is a good place to start. Having developed her own particular style of using colour, texture and finish she is producing work you will not find anywhere else.

 

If you have an idea of what you want for a special place Doff will spend time with you developing the idea and trying out ways to bring your vision to fruition. She spends considerable time developing the design and locating the specific glass that suits the work be it iridised, cathedral seeded of rippled.

 

Having started to learn stained glass she was designing her own projects as soon as the basic skills had been accomplished and has been flying ever since exploring her range. Very soon she was responding to requests from friends and trying things out and so windows and earrings were being sent far and wide.

 

Her belief in her work was tested in her house with six specially designed stained glass panels including the front door, bathroom and toilet windows.

 

The first time Doff took part in Open Studios two thirds of the work had gone in two days and the opportunity for a commission was offered. This is featured in the Commissions and projects page.

This has lead on to other commissions with a meter round window with a leaping Marlin fish in development, a church window with several fish being designed.
